Accardo plays the Stradivarius "Hart ex Francescatti" (1727) violin, which has a wonderful tone. Contains 10 tracks including such well known pieces as " Summertime and a Woman is a Sometime Thing" by G. Gershwin and "Oblivion" by A. Piazzolla. The sound source used for mastering is digital master. Mastering uses JVC 24bit / 176.4Khz AD and digital k 2. Converted directly at the manufacturing plant and finally K2 laser cutting. Released on the Audiophile Format known as XRCD24 which is playable on all CD players this release is a treasure for anyone who appreciates the beautiful sound produced by the violin.
