Those familiar with the burgeoning country music scene in California are already well acquainted with Red Meat, San Francisco's premier honky-tonk outfit whose previous two albums burned up Gavin's Americana charts. Once again, they display a wide range of songwriting skills within the band, which features Scott Young, Jill Olson, Max Butler & Michael Montalto.
